Rental Terms
The properties managed by the office are protected by the Barclays M.I.S Landlord Protection plan. Before any application will be considered, each applicant must achieve a minimum of 100 check points.

Should you be unable to meet the 100 check points please speak to our office.
All applicants are refered to Barclays M.I.S and T.I.C.A for confirmation of details supplied.
note: If you have owned your own home: we will need to see proof of home ownership in the forms of previous rates notice, mortgage loan statement or copy of sale contract.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be processed.
- If you have an appointment to view a property, you will need to meet the agent at the property at the time specified.
- Appointments that are not kept without notification will not be re-scheduled.
